Ticket Purchases and Policies
Summer Theatre Festival
The 2024 Summer Theatre Festival includes events held from July 12 through August 18
Online Purchases
- To purchase tickets Online visit the 2024 Summer Theatre Festival page:
- To purchase Single Show Tickets for the show(s) of your choice, look for the "Buy Tickets" button immediately following the title, date, and time information for each show
- Season Passes for the entire season are available at three levels: "Full Flex Pass", "Mini Flex Pass", or “Matinees Only Flex Pass”. Use the buttons located toward the top of the summer season page to purchase Season Passes. For more information about these Flex passes, visit the flex pass page.
- Online purchases are processed through Ludus, our online ticketing system. Please note that ticket purchases using a credit card will appear as "Ludus" on your credit card statement.
In Person Purchases
- Tickets can be purchased at the Playhouse Box Office
- from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- and one hour before curtain Saturday and Sunday
- the Playhouse Box Office is closed on Mondays
- Tickets can be purchased at Whitehall City Hall Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM.

All Sales Are Final
No refunds will be given for any purchased tickets. Tickets may be exchanged, whenever possible and depending upon availability, in person at the box office for a $2.00 service fee.
Summer Theatre Festival Ticket Prices
Single Show Tickets
Reserved seat tickets for single performances other than the WLYT Show are $27 for evening shows and $22 for matinees with a $12 student rush ticket available at the box office for all shows. To purchase tickets for any performance look for the BUY NOW button following the title, date, and time information for each show; click on that image to initiate the purchase process online (online purchases will include ticketing fees). You may avoid ticketing fees by paying with cash or check in person at the Playhouse Box Office. A service fee will be added to any tickets purchased using a credit card, whether in person or online.
The Playhouse offer discounts for veterans and EBT card holders. Please call the box office to see which shows qualify, and you will receive a $5 off discount to all in-house productions that are eligible.
