Ticket Options Brandon Ogborn

Thank you for purchasing tickets to see Brandon Ogborn's Cry for Help at The Playhouse set for August 8 and 9. Unfortunately, Brandon has fallen ill and we have decided to reschedule his performances for April 17 and 18, 2026.

Please let us know what option you would prefer:

• If you want to keep your tickets, your tickets will be moved to the new dates and you need not do anything further. New tickets will be emailed to you. Friday tickets will be moved to April 17 and Saturday tickets will be moved to April 18.
• If you'd like to make a donation of your tickets, please let us know. Your contribution will allow us to continue bringing artists, like Brandon, to our community.
• If you would like a refund, please respond to this email and we will begin processing these soon. If you paid by cash or check, the City of Whitehall will be processing refund checks over the next month. Credit card payments will revert to the card used to make the purchase.
